@bigkmart17 If you absolutely want a qwerty keyboard, hang on for the N9 - it's more or less a N8 with keyboard. N900 is a good device, but nearly two years old now, and not actually marketed as a phone by Nokia - more an internet tablet. Pros? open endedness, good camera, keyboard, integrated skype, customisable, powerful. Cons? Resistive LED screen, few commercial apps, poor Sat nav support, limited landscape display.

Not here - it's a mature device aimed at people who like tweaking and customising their experience. It may not be as broadly appreciated as Android, but I for one am disappointed in my Android, and look forward to the first Meego devices, maybe even the N9.

Best phone on the market, pound for pound... period! The price point is more than justified, for all you grumblers out there. Look at the Sams Omni and Xperia X10. iPhone is not even a contender.The flexibility and robustness alone is worth the cost and yet those others cost buko bucks. I've owned an n810 and prayed to (whatever god you believe in) that a phone ver would come out. For all us techheads, prayers have been answered. I don't want a phone with apps, I want a computer with a phone.

See for taking photos with a mobile 5MP is more than enough. I like this phone and the quality is enough to take photos on the way. If I want to take perfect photos I use my Canon EOS500D. You can put as much megapixel (which doesn't matter anyway because my old 3MP Panasonic DMCFZ10 made better pic than any x megapixel mobile) you want in a mobile but it never will be a camera. Anyway for tablet and mobile purposes it is a very nice phone. I like it.

resistive, look it up on howstuffworks or wiki or something. i like that type of touch screen because you actually have to press on it to register a touch, unlike an iphone where if you barely accidentally touch it, it will detect.

Wrong. Apple brainwashes you into thinking the iphone is a great phone, when actually they restrict what you can do with it so much. Tried sending a ringtone by bluetooth? No app for that. Compare the features and specs on both devices and then try and work out where your money went. I'm no Apple hater - love my ipod touch-but I hate that apple doesn't allow me to delete a photo from my ipod without hooking it up to my pc. That's why the open ended nature of this device is what's appealing 2 me.

OS4.0 was supposed to be a step forward, but instead it only gets iPhone up to the same level as most smartphones - while Android is showing the way forward with free street view GPS upcoming. Apple makes great computers and MP3 players but even call quality on the iPhone leaves a lot to be desired.
