I always thought the New Foundation were held back by lame attire and shoddy entrance music, They could have been better than the Hart Foundation if given the oppertunity, I thought Owen brought something to the team that Bret couldnt offer which made them different to the Hart Foundation and fresh, plus they'd get huge pops from the crowd
@leedogg6T9 Actually, this was before Koko B. Ware and Owen. I could of sworn Anvil was the first person i seen wearing that jacket. Either way, the damn outfits were UGLY. Simple as that.
Gorrilla monsoon and Bobby Heenan was the greatest commentator team ever. Wish Gorrilla was still with us and I wish the Brains health was in better shape
Stu Hart produced the best wrestlers in the world.
Neidhart was a very technical big guy, Owen was a very quick technical guy, Bret was a great all rounder, Bulldog was a technical brawler and so on...
I wonder if they realize that they are decked out in a Masonic checkerboard pattern with the ring attire. Many wrestling symbols, logos, etc.. are completely esoteric occult related, the only problem is that many wrestlers are just there to do their job, and have no idea what they have been given by the producers, etc... Vince is a VERY high ranking Free Mason, and the symbols logo's, etc.. are found all over the WWF / WWE. Look up Masonic checkerboards if you disagree !
@HellhammerSS: i can think of two otehr times the executioners appeared in wwf...at the first wrestlemania tito santana beat a masked executioner....here...then on the first episode of raw, the steiner brothers defeated this same tag team...
@domirules28 The Executioner from Wrestlemania 1 was Playboy Buddy Rose. Killer Kowalski & Big John Studd held the WWWF tag titles as the Executioners in the '70s. Also Terry Gordy worked in the WWF as the Executioner for awhile. Sadly they are all gone now.
i have like 500 jakks figures all mint in their packages and boxes...all the original ones too like the diesel/razor 2 pack Moc (the one that had gold razor and diesel with big daddy cool on front)
It would've been cool if Owen had appeared as a 3rd member of the Hart Foundation, when Bret and Neidhart were wrestling the 3 members of Demolition!!
LOL, I have the Hasbro action figure of the Anvil in his New Foundation attire, LOL, could Jim have chosen a worse look for theirselves or what? That attire was absolutely pathetic, it was also worn by High Energy(Owen & Koko B. Ware), LOL
I would've too, lol, but I could never find Owen anywhere, I remember using Demolition as a Tag Team for years after there departure, LOL, Those were the Good Ol' Days, just me, my wrestlng guys, & my imagination, won't ever forget it.
I still have all my Hasbro figs, thought about doin' a vid, & showing them off, I also have the complete set of Galoob WCW figs, all opened & played with though obviously, lol.
at one point i had nearly every single hasbro figure, i was only missing the green card series, the black tights shawn, purple razor and dusty rhodes.
I had every one except Owen, black tights shawn & on the green cards I only had Yoko & Borga, although I did have Dusty....LoL he escaped my collection every early though cuz at a young age of 7....you know da rest. LoL
You had the Kamala with a Moon, instead of a Star on his Stomach? Cool, that's really rare, never seen one of those before, also that mail away Bret was tight, I didn't have that one. Wish I did though, I had his original Pink & Black tight fig though, with the pink shades.
complete set of galoob Huh? you mean to say you had El Gigante, Freedbirds, Dustin & Big Josh? they also had variants/new colors for the others on the 1st series.

@MMArmaggedon this was actually a spinofff of High Energy, which was Owen and Koko B ware. They dressed like that before Owen and Anvil
