  • This is a mistake the train isn`t in Lisbon or Portugal. This is in other country.

  • Are those two locomotives at the front GP38-2's? I am interested in US trains, especially the Dash 9's as there is a BNSF one in Microsoft Train Simulator, but I know a handful of american train types like the F40PH and the SD40-2. Apart from those few, I am still learning about the US railways and trains.

    Great video by the way!

  • @EWS60008 According to Wikipedia, those are indeed GP38-2s. The U.S. is quite interesting with our trains :).

  • Just be glad you dont live on the mesibi iron range CN trains bout every 10-30min even at night

  • Hey Al thats what I'm talking about brother. Way to be a good dad and spend some quality father daughter time. Don't see near enough of that today. Keep it up man, good shit.

  • Hey lol I was born in Lisbon not in CT but in .PT (Portugal) thats the capital x)

  • cool video its nice to see more young railrans also that train is vary over powerd lol

  • Gabriela ws more excited than most railfanners

  • I have to admit I was so surprised on how QUIET the train is even as it passes! It is as quiet as a car going by at 50 miles an hour. Whoa

  • @MonsterRailroad It's probably at a low throttle and gliding.

  • not only is al great hes awsome puts his mind to everything, makes macgyver look like a retard

  • @nkp765ful You said it man! Tahnks dawg! I am going to do another HOT How To video tomorrow afternoon that is going to be an even BETTER and CHEAPER way of making throttle pockets. I mean it is OFF THE HOOK and hands down the BEST. I Will be making 10 for myself!! It is so good that I am SERIOUSLy thinking about making 10 at a time and selling them as sets of 5 for $25 and 10 for $45. Sturdy and plastic!! Watch!!!

  • She's a cute kid & she has a great dad! =D

  • @Intransitman Aww man, Thanks dawg!

  • sweet that looks like a good spot for some good pic Al...

  • i have a feeling ill run into you one day at wally world lol

  • so it took 3 engines to move six frieght cars

  • SWEET! But 3 locos to move that little bit of freight?

  • that was overkill.. lol

  • Thats awesome!

  • freakin awesome

  • GP 38's doing what they do best. That first car in the train will become Al's next modeling project.

Love the fact that he takes his kids out with him railfanning. Most parents these days just drop an x-box controller in their kids hands and walk away,.

Thumbs up brother for doing a good job, both parenting, and modeling.

    J......

  • you should model that shiznit Al....

  • Reminds me when my daughter would go railfanning with me. The excitment for didn't last as long for her as it did me. Enjoy it while it lasts. It's priceless.

  • That's a nice railfan spot! It was kind of hard to tell who was MORE excited by the train, dad or daughter. Thanx A.

  • LOT of power for such a short train! I like that B40-8, looks neat in that black and red scheme.

  • @Defiant47 Not a B40-8, thats a B39-8E.

  • @Dash9CW Doh! I was close, and was sort of reluctant to say 40 knowing there are 39s still out there. I'm not familiar with the P&W and was playing the odds it was a 40. Same carbody after all! :D

  • @Defiant47 Ehh close enough in my book haha. The B40's have 40 numbers, like 4004 and the B39's have 39 numbers, like 3903. Which makes it really easy to determine what engine it is.

  • i used to get hate getting stuck in traffic waiting on a train. now that i have started modeling, i hope to get stuck , front in line of course

  • what is it having two engines in front ? great vid.
