thats a weekend project. once i make a ball mill. my goal is to try and figure out how your machine works, then make one. fuse is 30 cents per foot. i use about a foot per week. that there would save money and be a cool toy. nice vid
I was wondering too in the begining, but it seems that this in not a problem. This is almost the same procedure like making a steel rope. Here is just a BP for the core. The 12 strings goes through the 2,5 mm hole and down goes again 8 strings through the 4mm hole in the different direction.
nice visco machine i'm currently making one but there's one thing that i still don't know for sure...how many rpm would it be necesary for the two first rotatory disks
thanks...but i forgot to ask you the speed(rpm) of the roller collecting the finished fuse cause i think thet if its too fast it wont allow for an even product n if its too low the threads will make fuse thicker m'i right about that or it has nothing to do with it
I did not have any plans. I just saw some pictures and a video and then i decide, that i must try to make this machine. It work out very well. The visco is 2,8mm thickness and it burns
???what does it do??? *opens google* *searches for an answer* OHHHHHH!! thats cool!!

asdercks 3 years ago
aproximatly 180-240 rpm. Thats work just fine
kaipato 3 years ago
thanks...but i forgot to ask you the speed(rpm) of the roller collecting the finished fuse cause i think thet if its too fast it wont allow for an even product n if its too low the threads will make fuse thicker m'i right about that or it has nothing to do with it
asdercks 3 years ago
yes its very important, i did some tests an probably the abou 5-10 rpm per minute is the best on diameter about 60 mm.
But you must try to make the best.
kaipato 3 years ago
I just dont understand one thing... how does the BP get mixed with the string? can u help me please?
tTatmosT 3 years ago
It cost me just about 10eu for the 6 bearings and the belting. Everything else is my work. You just need a lathe.
kaipato 3 years ago
@kaipato Where did you get the beltings? I guess you're from Europe ( I am from Germany) and I didn't find any appropriate beltings anywhere.
Thanks, Greetings
