yes way. it goes something like this

  • @kaipato any change of a tutorial ?

  • Dam! Nice job!

  • you mount the motor very close, beautiful design

  • How wide is the BP opening?

  • Comment removed

  • Top container is filled with meal powder or black powder slurry?

  • @sadekront Meal powder

  • wtf! how do you even make that...

  • where you found project of that machine???

  • Why all the different color threads??

  • @sandsifter149 Those a have at home.

  • WTF is VISCO..???

  • I would love to find the blue prints for this machine or for someone to do a How to vid onit.

  • Good job,kaipato !!!

  • nice machine!!

  • does any1 have any idea as to how amazing this machine is?!? you sir are a mechanical genius and have an amazing supply of materials

  • yo can you make a vid on how you built it plz

  • thats a weekend project. once i make a ball mill. my goal is to try and figure out how your machine works, then make one. fuse is 30 cents per foot. i use about a foot per week. that there would save money and be a cool toy. nice vid

  • plus you can fill it with any mix you want :D

  • what does it do? whats it function

  • Very smart!

  • nice

Have you got any plans to share?plz help me

    I want to make one

  • oh and also, does the tube in the centre rotate with the main plate or is it stationary?

  • could you. by any chance make some plans for it? it's a fantastic desgin and i've been tryin 2 find plans for ages.

    thx

  • this is fricken sickkk

  • I was wondering too in the begining, but it seems that this in not a problem. This is almost the same procedure like making a steel rope. Here is just a BP for the core. The 12 strings goes through the 2,5 mm hole and down goes again 8 strings through the 4mm hole in the different direction.

  • nice visco machine i'm currently making one but there's one thing that i still don't know for sure...how many rpm would it be necesary for the two first rotatory disks

  • aproximatly 180-240 rpm. Thats work just fine

  • thanks...but i forgot to ask you the speed(rpm) of the roller collecting the finished fuse cause i think thet if its too fast it wont allow for an even product n if its too low the threads will make fuse thicker m'i right about that or it has nothing to do with it

  • yes its very important, i did some tests an probably the abou 5-10 rpm per minute is the best on diameter about 60 mm.

But you must try to make the best.

  • I just dont understand one thing... how does the BP get mixed with the string? can u help me please?

  • It cost me just about 10eu for the 6 bearings and the belting. Everything else is my work. You just need a lathe.

  • @kaipato Where did you get the beltings? I guess you're from Europe ( I am from Germany) and I didn't find any appropriate beltings anywhere.

    Thanks, Greetings

  • how much did that cost to make? and where did you get the stuff?

  • hello can you email me some close up pics and some sizes please i will like to try and make one please how do i get in contact with you ?

  • I did not have any plans. I just saw some pictures and a video and then i decide, that i must try to make this machine. It work out very well. The visco is 2,8mm thickness and it burns

even underwater if is coated with NC.

  • nice is this your own design or did you have plans A+ nice work
