I make my pots thick and peel them off before planting. Then the paper goes in the worm bin where they think its rotting goodness is candy. Worms are weird. Put the pots in a cardboard box and pack them in tight. By the time they are ready to fall apart they will already have been planted in the garden.
@lirdoss Yes ,but from the time you put the seedling ,to the time you transplant it in the garden ,...you have to water a lot.You didn't think of that !? Duh .!
That is a great idea.Where I live the soil drains kind of fast so I would probably leave them in the pots to help hold in some of the moisture when it rains.Especially on new seeds.I planted some peppers directly in the ground and they dried up.Maybe your method will help. The watermelons doing fine.
I just cut water bottles in half and poke holes in the bottom, water then and put about 3 in a ziplock bag and I am shocked by how fast the seeds geninate
I see what she means about taking it out even though it's biodegradable. However, I personally think that when it does turn into dirt it provides valuable nutrients! Just ask my squash and cucumbers!!
You keep calling me "lil fela" and "little bitch" For the record I am 6'3" and 230 lbs. If you think I am a pussy behind a keyboard I train for fun in boxing and MMA, I assure you I could feed that guitar to your anus. And if you think you are a star because you got a few views and comments GUESS AGAIN, I could post a 2 live crew video and get more views than you entive video collection. The only reason you get hits is cause you do covers. Your originals get like a couple hun! U SUK HA HA HA!!!
listen up stubby the wonder douchebag the steroids you have been taking must have clouded your mind. You can post BS all day long on youtube , It doesnt make you talented or famous. You are just another delusional loser like chrisscrocker and fred and the list of other lames that make fools of them self for the whole world to see. Why not save us the time, and instead of "jumping into the octogon" with me just jump in front of a bus, It will be less painful for you and save me the air fare. BURN
The only thing you destroy are the songs you cover! HA HA HA! Look in the mirror, you are a fucking clown. Who is scared of a douche nozzle with an acoustic guitar? Please tell what there is to be jealous about? Are you getting rich making a fool of yourself on Youtube? Do you have a record deal? You sure as shit dont have any talent, and you look down syndrome, so why the fuck would I be jealous?
Who can find newspapers now-a-days? There are more discarded pots in my neighborhood.

Also make sure to use a sturdy jar or glass, not a fragile one that might break in your green thumbs making then themselves in turn recycleable.
smagork 2 years ago
how fuckin pikey can you be?
and you only need to wrap the seed in damp cotton wool to start it so why go through so much effort?
