Men tend to stay at jobs longer and work more hours men also tend to do whatever work is assigned to them. Like I said earlier, the same job does not mean the same work. However, a women earning 75 cents to every dollar a man earns is unfair. And a black woman earning 63 cents to every dollar a man earns is immoral.

Surely, a compromise can be reached to improve these statistics.

For example, make employers post the avg. salary for each position. Then, allow people to bargin from that.

Of course, there is the MOST OUTSIDE, and UNLIKELY chance that McCain could select a Supreme Court Judge who is anti-life. This is the ONLY area where a GOP politician would DARE oppose feminists. But let us suppose that McCain gets elected, and he wants select a SERIOUS anti-abortion judge, such a candidate would not even come close to seeing the judicial bench. He would be "Borked"- as the term is used (btw, should Obama win EXPECT some justices to immediately retire, knowing that there would be no chance of a conservative justice getting on the bench).

Dems vs. GOP is nothing more than a sibling rivalry. It is when an INDEPENDENT candidate comes along that they TEAM UP.

This guy is a moron. First of all, totalitarian doesn't mean "governmental control" only.

It also describes a government who does not tolerate parties of differing opinion and that exercises "dictatorial" control over many aspects of life.

Now, I agree that having the same title does not mean that the same work is performed. Also, I do agree before Congress pass this bill, they will have to make some exceptions. But this guy insinuates that companys are innately non-discriminatory.
