I love this. Sonic and Tails are out for a swim, when Knuckles calls them up to the bridge because it's their turn to imprison the birds again. Then Robotnik shows up, builds a new machine for collecting fireballs, and shows it to them. Sonic doesn't like it too much, so Robotnik eventually runs away and decides to show them his grenade-collecting ship instead. The rest of the video is just about them getting to the beach, where Knuckles feels bad and gives them the emeralds.

CORRECTION! Sonic was merely Super Sonic at that point. Hyper Sonic only appears in S3&K, after you've upgraded all the Chaos Emeralds into Super Emeralds, and he's much shinier.
