@Blitzbok You are probably trying this combo with Dan on the corner. If you do it on the middle of the stage you will notice that its very easy to connect the ultra after the crouch heavy punch.

i'm getting the fadc to do it but abel either doesnt continue the combo after the dash or he attempts the focus attack. any tips?

When tapping the buttons to FADC, make sure you only tap them then dash right away. Also, you can do the FADC input before the first hit of the change of direction, and it will cancel on the first available frame, allowing you lots of time to dash in and continue to the ultra juggle. Really though, just make sure you do the dash input at the exact same moment you tap the focus attack. Keep trying, you'll get it.
