Sorry, even a trust has to pay income tax, just like an individual does. If you give your money to a trust, you pay income tax on it, then the trust pays again, becasue it was your income before it was their's.

This is garbage - it is settled law - Donaldson vs. US 400 U.S. 517, 534 (1971). Under IRC 7801(a) congress gave power to the treasury to establish the agency of the IRS and therefore it was created under Positive Law. However, the original design of taxation was tariffs on foreign trade and excise on certain goods. It was actually a battle during what was called the (early) Progressive (Republican) era beginning with McKinley, when Business wanted govt to take a more active role in guaranteeing profits, that such things as a shift was made off of tariffs and onto domestic incomes.

Not much different than the U.S.P.S (a privately held, privately owned corporation). Until 1970, there was a Post Office Department of the Federal Government. They had Nixon change it, as well as getting rid of the gold standard (which made Federal Reserve Notes into a fiat currency). The U.S.P.S. privately owned ever since. Likewise to no tax law, there's no law requiring you to pay 42 cents to send mail. It's a request. Last law was for 6 cents. I know. I've sent letters for 6 cents

Section 63 defines Taxable income.
Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and

This is garbage - it is settled law - Donaldson vs. US 400 U.S. 517, 534 (1971). Under IRC 7801(a) congress gave power to the treasury to establish the agency of the IRS and therefore it was created under Positive Law. Look it up, read it and forget this garbage that these people are trying to sell you. Just ask Wesley Snipes - who just filed an appeal with the Supreme Court, not that the law is wrong, but that the jurisdiction was wrong.

This tax was mostly on speculative income from land appreciation and passive investments, but Business fought to reduce the taxes on the rich and put more taxes on the working class. Just like today.

RedSquid it is audited annually only on the matters the Fed allows the auditors to view. That is why Ron Paul came out with transparency act to audit the Fed. It is indeed a private company according to the words of Allan Greenspan and they can lend money to whoever they like. There was a public hearing on a trillion dollars that was missing and the Fed did not know where it went. Sure they know but they are not obligated to tell anyone about it.

The IRS is a private collection agency for a private bank known as the Federal Reserve Bank, which has foriegn shareholders who have say in the monetary policies of this country. Every dollar they print we have tp pay back with interest. Every cent of our federal taxes go to pay the interest on the money that they print. They've never been audited. AUDIT THE FEDERAL RESERVE!! Proscute and take back the 80 trillion that they have stolen from U.S. AND PRINT OUR OWN MONEY!

The first and last parts of what you are said are outright lies. The fed has a board of governers appointed by the president and approved by congress and have complete power over decision making. Below the governing board are 12 private member banks which meet 8 times a year in FOMC meetings in DC to discuss policy. The member banks have stock which does not transfer in any way and NO ONE can buy stock from the fed. Please stop spreading lies.
