  • haha, man this brings back soooo many memories.....you lucky people got to go to the citadel:P

  • I really wish NJROTC was better. To me, the cadets at my school take it way to seriously. It's also stressful. Stupid community service BS.

  • @0909bram36 You dont know the luxury you have, it's immensely more stressful having no one take anything seriously

  • I can't wait until njrotc

  • @0909bram36 It's a very fun program. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

  • How come silver cords were marching with the PLT I thought no silver cords were suppose to be at LA

  • @bfmvfan2 The Silver Cords who are with each platoon are called Cadres. There is one male Cadre and one female Cadre per platoon. There is also an admin Cadre team that helps the Admin Officer and the Assistant Officer in Charge. The Cadres are the cadet mentors, the Drill Instructors if you will, and the cadet supervisors of their platoons when in barracks and when the Platoon Advisors are not present. Cadres are hand selected by the Area Manager or have been highly recommended by their SNSI.

  • @DBDrummer77 Actually, there's only 1 cadre for each platoon.

  • @tydizzler It depends on what the Area Manager/OIC wants for each platoon. I'm from Area 12 NJROTC and the platoon that I was Cadre for was myself(male) and another Cadre who was a female, and every platoon in each company had two Cadres. Every Area is different.

  • @DBDrummer77 me too...except i was a cadet. wat platoon was u in

  • @spiketail590 4th Platoon.
