yeah, the plot is almost laughable, but i think that was on purpose.

They wanted to make a badass kung fu movie. And they succeeded. The plot and acting is poor because they put so much emphasis on the fighting, and not the actual plot and stuff.

6 takes....thats why he looks so tired at the end, he did it 6 times in a row. he did it once, had to come back down, and do i 5 more times after they set everything up again. due o items not breaking like they should, this is the longest continuos fight scene (no breaks, jsut one straight shot) in movie history, next to the chuck norris bruce lee fight but i think thats wrong.

how would you know that it takes more than one punch to get knocked down? I wouldnt see you as the type of person that would know that, especially if you got punched by a muai thai boxer. And they dont go down in "just" one punch. he grabs them, elbows them, knees them etc. Its not like any other fighting movie.
