@elegator911 Ant queens eat their first eggs and first born babies to gain the energy to give birth to stronger eggs. It's a common behavior among insects, I think. Some chimpanzee are doing that too, and I've heard about a bonobo who did it too. According to Google, some lions, bears, baboons, dogs, daulphins and pigs do the same.
Some animals eat their child, so it's not exactly true. But it's strong and effective. Domestic violence shouldn't be.
