over half were resorts where the man made structures overshadowed the beaches themselves and about a third had no beach at all...just rocks and cliffs straight into the water.
australia is the biggest island in the world and has more beaches than almost anywhere and i didnt see even 1 aussie beach that i could recognise. pfft!
The bests beaches around the world are from the Caribbean and the Pacific, in a ranking(not remember what year) the most beautiful beach was located on French Polinesya, the Tahiti Island, if I'm not wrong, according to Discovery Channel the 2nd most beautiful beach is Flamenco Beach, Culebra, Puerto Rico, and places like Mexico, Philippines, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, South Africa etc has beautiful beaches too
Philippines is the best tropical country, for having a beaches paradise like Boracay a best white sand beach in the world, ofcourse in Cebu, Palawan, Bohol, Batangas and many more...
Boracay is over crowded of tourist during on peak seasons due of over promoted.and others says there's also practice of prostitution here and annoying noise of beach parties its not perfect for honeymoon goers. How about other potential tourist spot in other parts of the philippines? Try Palawan, Pagudpud, Bolinao beaches for honeymoon goers its peacefully and no annoying noise.

LA have some best beaches too.
Santa Monica: A fair(Not boring as hell) restraunts(Yes, they're good!) and the beach is clean.
Venice Beach: Muscle Beach, Performances, and others.
Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and Hermosa Beach are also good ones.
Not just that!
Los Angeles is nearly the center of the West Coast. Middle of SF, LV, and SD.
LA and LV are the entertainment capital of the world! But Los Angeles have BETTER and MORE attractions.
