Just ordered the Colt 1911 22LR 12rd Rail. Can't wait to shoot it. Was wondering, can I throw in a 10 rd mag or am I stuck with the 12? As for the grips, do they take any standard 1911 grip?
@55peedy Well ive had that pellet gun since I was 14 years old. Im almost 16 years old so I cant buy a real gun. I do have other bb guns and airsofts. My parents trust me a lot when it comes to these types of products. And safety is always #1. I asked my dad to buy a SIG Sauer .22 so we can go out and shoot at the range. And I think he will buy it soon. I honestly can't wait to customize it lol! Im a type oOf kid that will take a gun apart and make it look better and shoot better.

You're a retard. When you point a gun - ANY GUN - at somebody with the intent of shooting them, ANY shot could potentially kill them, and you better be ready for that. there was a kid that got killed by a pellet gun. It happened to go through his heart and he died after walking home. Children have no real concept of life and death.

But pistols that fire pellets are just toy's.. Maybe you can kill a bird with your toy desert eagle.... but nothing to protect you from badass motherfuckers on the streets that want your money and cellphone ;)
I saw one of these in academy the other day, 380 bucks. Is it worth it? I'd like to use it for just relaxed shooting and a little bit of vermin shooting. I would think that it's better considering that colt makes it, but I don't know.
I just found one on total acciddent at a local gun show here in Pasadena TX. After fooling around for a couple hours I went back to the table and bought it. I had been thinking either the Kimber kit or simlar or a GSG (urk). Lots of GSG and Chiappas at the show, no kimbers. This was there. I had to have it. I had the hots for a 22LR in 1911 model. Will report back later my shooting results after tommorow.!
I put a deposit down on one of these at my local dealer almost two months ago. after checking back a couple of times, i'm starting to think i'm going to consider another dealer, or perhaps a different purchase altogether. i would really like to buy this firearm. i dont suppose anybody would have any helpful ideas?
@SplitSecondTowing Well, i ordered mine yesterday (in germany, where they are made) and my gun dealer says they are now 300 guns behind their schedule.
DO NOT send any umarex/colt rifles or hand guns to colt for repair ship them to UMAREX! lol you will get them back faster. and the colt rail gun in 22lr is better lookin
