Another technique is to equip the armor that gives you 50% flee rate against light attacks (which is the element of the attacks of odin) and 2 rings that give you each 20% flee rate against attacks that has an element. So with those equipments Cless has 50+20+20=90% flee rate against the attacks of Odin.
I played this game like 10 years ago so I can't remember the names of those equips sorry.
Because 1. The game wasn't translated at the time. 2. I didn't have any Ebay or Pay Pal account knowledge and didn't want to go through the trouble. And 3. I beat this on english before so it wasn't hard to figure out the game again.
I fight with Odin and he,s a really pain in the ass. One of the most vicious enemies in the game. I use with him Ogi Shining Strike, Ogi Dimensional Void and the Limit Ogi: Blade of Ascencion.
I guess this Boss fight happens just after you defeated Pluto right? I could recognize the two Chest containing Cless's last Deadly skill and the one with the Powered up Gungnir.
But I never thought Odin was actually alive in the Aselian universe. The PS2 version of the game seems to rock so much more than the GBA version!

I could be mistaken, but doesn't Valkyrie lend you "Gungnir" and doesn't she help you lending you her flying horse to fight against Dhaos' armies?

@sepiropth That's "Excalibur", Cless' strongest weapon. He also has the strongest shield.

HA!
Nice choice of music! I loved 'Vestigal Dream', oh so ironic that it's Fenrir's theme, and Fenrir's the beast that kills Odin in legend.

I have 2 Questions: How do we fight this boss and what do you record with ?

oh shit... that's pretty good... I remember Odin was such a pain...

Technically Odin can be fought as soon as you have access to the dungeon where you get the Flamebarge sword needed for the eternal sword.
Though at that point in game ie the first chance you get you probably will lose to Odin
