  • Warm water......measurements??

  • lol.. that looks bad...

  • @dzizs That's because she didn't let it ferment at all. If you leave it in the refrigerator over night, the color, taste and crumb will be better.

  • Firday night pizza All Day.hahah

  • You Rock! I made this tonight and it WAS awesome! I put 1 cup of water 'cos u didn't say how much and added flour as needed. Also put 1/2 tsp sugar in for the yeast. Kudos to you, thank you very much! :-)

  • @munak992 Domino's not even close to how great this pizza comes out... sorry but I'll stick to homemade

  • this dough came out awesome! for those who don't know, the yeast is what makes the difference. You can't just leave it 10 min with regular yeast...

  • Nice video!

  • good quality video

  • What the video doesn't say is that if you add 1 teaspoon of sugar with the yeast, the dough will rise faster and have a better texture.

  • Wow. It usually takes me at least 4 hours to just letting the dough rise (3) and proof (1).

  • This is definitely one way to ensure that you will make a crust with zippy flavor. No thanks

  • how much water

  • Thanks i'm glad ts not all confusing....

i have not yet finish my pizza. But im hoping it's going to come out good

  • Nice straight forward demonstration. Looks nice.

  • I use a food processor to make my pizza dough. Quick and fast. Also it takes longer than 15 minutes for dough to rise. Like your videos.

  • is the cornmeal neseccery?

  • As I have seen other people made pizza dough in youtube, many of them rest the dough for about 1-2 hours after kneading the flour, even with quick rising yeast. You only put the dough (after kneading) for 4-6 minutes before you round them on the pizza pan?

  • Thanx soo much for posting the recipe for the pizza sauce....i can't wait to make it! I'm sure it's going to taste scrumtious!!!!

  • CAN U PLEASE TELL US HOW TO MAKE THE SAUCE? Or do u buy it ready? THNAX!

  • Pizza Hut Pizza sauce 1- 15 oz can tomato sauce 1/4 tsp dried Oregano 1/4 tsp dried basil leaves 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 1 bay leaf a dash of onion powder 1/2 tsp lemon juice Combine tomato sauce with spices and lemon juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat the sauce until it starts to bubble, then turn heat down and simmer covered, 30 to 60 minutes until it reaches the thickness you like. Store in fridge in sealed container
  • I buy my baking yeast at the bulk bin in the health food store. The bulk price is way, way less than the Fleischman's or Red Star.
