sprints are good for speed but it wastes more energy,you should jog for 1 minute then a couple days later do 2 minutes then a couple days then 3 minutes try and build up for a while then try running for a while that might help get more energy/stamina.
@Elisa909 just u can run but u are not making ur legs strong for example do some squat and u will see exercide for legss not only runnig try that and u will see the result

sprint for 5 sec then jog for 10 sec, do this for a period of 5 mis straight threw. Do a set of 3 a day you'll own the track feld
