  • Really cool!! I Subscribed.... Subscribe back if you can to help our Youtube haunt community grow!!!

  • What kind of trigger and motor are you using?

  • @gamble180 their is no motor this is an pnumatic prop this one is using a home made cylinder and valve with a remote control light switch for demo perposes but at Halloween i set up on a mat switch with a timer a friend made up for me if you realy want to build this type of prop google something like "pnematic halloween props" or check ot the monster list of haloween props it has a ton of stuff that explains way better thatn i can in this format.

  • Awsome prop!

  • you should sell these!

  • Great job

  • very kool prop.:)

  • K, here we are.

  • that is rly nice..good job

  • how do you get it to pop up

  • well in this case its a converted screen door closer used as a pnumatic cylinder. If youve got the money I would realy recomend actual pnumatic cylinders. But I just use what i have on hand for most of this stuff. if your still not sure what i'm talking about just do a few searches on the internet youll find way bet explainations on how to use pnumatics in props for animation.

  • well Total time was maybe 40 hours. but most of that would be in the latex and paoint work. The armatuer took maybe 4 to 6 hours but if I had built it right in the first place not more than 2 hours would have been spent their. The coffin took maybe 6 hours but again if I had built the coffin first then built the rest to fit it would have been faster. I built this prop totaly from scratch useing plans that only existed in my head so my best advice is plan it all out then build.

  • @houseofbaddreams considering you just thought of this and built in 40 hrs is pretty impressive

  • @mattmax11 Thanks i do what i can in my spre time just wish ther was more spare time lying around.

  • I see that you posted this vid back in June. How many hours would you say that you spent making this prop? Just curious. I plan on starting to prep for Halloween 2009 around February of next year. I hope I'll have enough time...lol

  • wish we had this at our haunt

  • nice dude can u give me some ideas so i can decorate my house on halloween? i dont want 2 make it i just need some advice on what 2 buy on halloween its comeing up realy soon so reply when u get this!!!

  • well I am not much of a store bought decorateor. But if you are looking to do your yard. A grave yard is simple. if you go to just about any retailer you can find foam head stones add some spanish moss, a $5 skull or two a couple of blue or green flood lights and some fake spider webbing and you got a simple yet creepy grave yard. One bit of advice unless you have a fence or put up a barier plan on seting up in the last week of October. Other wise you may lose one of your props.

  • This is absolutely amazing. Great job!!

  • Well done. I have to start doing air driven props.

  • This is my first from scratch Pnumatic prop. I have built others with help from variouse sorces. In total this makes my 4th pnumatic prop. Many of the haunters I have delt with say that pnumatic props are addicting, and i would have to agree at this point. I think it has to do with how fast the prop reacts once activated. and the big scream from the "parents" of the trick-or-treaters.

  • omg thx so much good luck on ur next vidio!
