Yes it was Drew Brees. He was a fantastic college QB, but was still 0-4 against Penn State.

wowa lavar did not have a horrible career in fact he has made more pro bowls that drew brees ... but that is besides the point. He was the best college line backer in the 90's and did well his first 3 seasons with the skins. He was then pleagued by injuried and his free lancer style did not fit in to greg williams and marvin lewises schemes.
