Jesus IS the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus as the Son (Christ) is however unique. Jesus Christ has 2 natures: the human nature (Son of Man) and the godly nature (Son of God). As the Son of Man, Jesus was fully man with all human limitations, able to feel hunger, thirst, tiredness, etc. As the Son of God, Jesus is fully God, able to forgive, raise the dead, and most importantly the SOLE creator (John 1:3).
The JW believes that Jesus is the co-creator as stated in John 1:3
John 1:3 All things were made through him (the Word, Jesus), and without him was not any thing made that was made.
But Isaiah clearly speaks against any idea of co-creator:
Isaiah 44:24 Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, who formed you from the womb: "I am the LORD, who made all things, who ALONE stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth BY MYSELF,

"Once again, you are being mislead by the interpretation of the group of men with an agenda..." Who might that group be an how would you know their agenda?
From your UTube web site, it is appearant that you have your mind made up, concerning the Watchtower Society and the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses. I think my time could be spent best, elsewhere. So, I bid you adieu!
"Firstborn=ruler or preeminent." Well, I am a firstborn and that hardly makes me a ruler.
Firstborn=born as in not always existing. Jehovah, God Almighty (El Shedai) was not born at any time. He always existed. Jesus(El Gibbor), "firstborn of creation", did not exist until he was born. Until his father (creator) bore (created) him.
@IMJW1000 Once again, you are being mislead by the interpretation of the group of men with an agenda. Your logic is not sound. First you refuse to consider the Greek meaning of Firstborn has it relates to Jesus Christ. Before I go any further, Jesus was referred as the Firstborn of the dead. Israel was called "Firstborn." What is your understanding of the meaning of Firstborn in these two incidences?
So, in John 1:1, if we translate theos and theon as powerful person, instead of god, we have, "The word was with the powerful person and the word was [a] powerful person. That is where the 'a' came from.
We find Jehovah, Jesus, kings, magistrates, prophets, angels, military heros, scribes and pharisees and even the devil called elohim and theos. Sometimes the translator translates the word god and sometimes some other word. In KJV Exodus 22:28, Jehovah prohibits us from reviling the gods (the high preists, scribes and pharisees).
@IMJW1000 . Let's stay within the context of the verse. In John 1:1 was Jesus just a powerful person or was he God (Isaiah 9:6)? Did he create all things, including the heavens and the earth (John 1:3). Is he the exact image of God (Col: 1-13-16). Was it called Emmanuel (God with Us)? Does the name Jesus means Jehovah Saves? Is he eternal Micah 5:2? Is he... Help me understand? But don't just grab scriptures of context when a direct scripture challenges your theology.
Please keep in mind the word "god" is only about 500 years old. The Bible was written thousands of years ago, in Greek and Hebrew. There was no word in either language with an equivelent meaning. The words most often used are elohim and theos. We can tell by usage that elohim meant a person of great strength, power or authority and theos meant a person of great power.
Isaiah 44:24 "This is what Jehovah has said, your Repurchaser and the Former of you from the belly: “I, Jehovah, am doing everything, stretching out the heavens by myself, laying out the earth. Who was with me?"
Jesus and the angels were with him. Jehovah was addressing men, none of whom were there. If you go to church and listen, believe and get baptised, who saved you? Not the preacher, he was only a tool used by Jehovah.
@IMJW1000 Are you reading the scriptures? What is it about "Who was with me" you don't understand? Where in the scriptures do it say that the Jesus and the Angels were with God when He created the heavens and earth. Also, I thought you believe that Jesus was created and Jesus created everything else? Which is it?
Still another example would be John 17:14, which says "I have given to them the word of you and the world hated them because not they are out of the world according as I not am out of the world". Translation requires words be added or subtracted for clarity, punctuation and capitals are also added.
@blackmediaenterprise In whose image, both Jehovah and Jesus and the angels. They have free will, so do we, thus we the betsalmu'su, that si semblance or shadow of the spirit creatures.
First, the created the angels and eventually this physical plane of existance, the heavens and earth, as shown in Job 38:7 "When the morning stars joyfully cried out together, And all the sons of God (angels) began shouting in applause?"
And, eventually they created man, in Geneis 1:26 "And God went on to say: “Let us make man in our image, according to our likieness..."
This shows the relationship betwweeen Jehovah and Jesus. Jevovah spoke things into being, that is he did the design work and supervision, while Jesus rolled up his spiritual sleeves and did the physical creation, using his fathers infinite power of will, the holy spirit.
Rev 4:11 “You are worthy, Jehovah, even our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created." and Col 1:16 because by means of him all [other] things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, no matter whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All [other] things have been created through him
@IMJW1000 First of all - show me in the Greek Manuscript where the word "other" is used in this verse? Second of all if Jesus was created and then create all other things - does all other things include the heavens and earth?
@blackmediaenterprise I will show you, if you show me in the Greek scripture anywhere, even once, where the words "a" or "an" appeared. I can show you thousands of times in the King James 1611, where they appear in the translation. A translinear translation often appears as jibberish and has to be cleaned up. The firstborn of creation obviously did not create himself. Yes, those things include the heavens and earth. Note that "heaven" and "the heavens" are not the same place.
@IMJW1000 First you never dealt with my first challenge - where is the word "other" in the Greek Manuscript in the verse that the NWT inserted the word. Read(Proverbs 30:6). Second, re: heavens. John speak of the seeing the third heaven ( 1st heaven is the earth's sphere; 2nd heaven is outer space and the 3rd heaven is the home of our LORD). So did Jesus create the first two heaven or all three? Before you try to answer, consider this verse: Isaiah 44:24. Firstborn=ruler or preeminent.
Already delt with this, but will try again. Word 'other' is not in the Wescott & Hort Greek manuscripts. It was added during translation, for clarity. Another example of such would be, John 1:1, which says "In [the] beginning the logos was and the logos was toward [ton] theon and theos was logos." In this case, the first 'the' in brackets was added for clarity and the second 'the' or ton was removed.
@IMJW1000 F.Y.I the word "other" along with the insertion of "Jehovah" in New Testament is not found in any of the 5700 Greek manuscript. Now you mentioned the word "other" was added for clarification. The only reason for inserting of word "other" is to help support the doctrine of the JWs - that Jesus was a created being. Please read Proverbs 30:6 and let me know if the WT is guilty of making the scriptures fit their perceive theology.
The scriptures teach there is only one el shedai [mighty almighty person], YHWH, Genesis 17:1 (NWT). He created the logos Proverbs 8:22-31 (NIV), long, long ago. On earth, the logos was called Jesus, the "mono gene oh theos" or the "one offspring of the true God", that is the only begotten son of God. Only begotten, in that he is was the only creature God created driectly. After being declared a "master workman" in Preverbs 8:30 (NWT), the logos starting helping his father.
The scripture actually says the logos is with ton theon (the powerfull person) and the logos is theos (a) powerfull person. Used as a proof of trinity, this argument is out of sequence. When the definite article the preceeds the word we translate as god, "ha elohim" or "ho theos", the proper translation is "the [true] god"
and in other cases, it traslates as "god". Remember that "god" only means a powerfull person, not Jesus or Jehovah or "the creator" in the Bible.
Just looked at your UTube page. You seem a little confused on a number of issues. You might benefit by a study of greek and hebrew or at least a visit by some one who has studied the Bible. Say, a JW?
Jehovaah, Jesus, kings, high priests, magistrates and judges, prophets, military heroes, angels, scribes and pharisees and others are all called elohim (god) in scripture. As far as Isaiah 9:6 goes, the coming messiah will be called el gibbor (mighty god) translates as mighty, mighty person. The president of the USA would an el gibbor (mighty god). That does not mean the president is a false god. It just means the word does not translate well.
bro william Branham said that both trinity and oneness are BOTH WRONG!
he said when you get it between oneness and trinity you will get it just exaclty
some of the in between terminology that he used was Jesus was a Dual person, Father and Son were inseperable or yoked together.
God and Christ were in divine fellowship. that is why when Jesus said I have sat down with my Father on His throne yet John only saw ONE sitting upon the throne
Nice try, JW. But there are many scriptures which supports that Jehovah is Jesus in the flesh. For example, if we assume that John 1:1 should be the Word was a god, how do you explain Isaiah 9:6; Isaiah 43:10; Isaiah 44:24. Now the second part of your argument if Jesus is a god, then can we assume that Jesus is a false god?
We can assume that you do not know the definition or proper usage of the words el, elohim, el gibbor, el shedai or theos. The word and concept god has only been around about 500 years. Thousands of years ago, when the scriptures were written, there was no word like god. The most common word that we translate as god is elohim, which from usage we know was defined as a person of great strength, power or authority or a place of great majesty.
The trinity is a false doctrine created long after the Bible was written. Many people believe the false doctrine because of their misunderstanding of the Bible word god. Refering to Jophn 1:1, you posted the question, "Now the second part of your argument if Jesus is a god, then can we assume that Jesus is a false god."
@IMJW1000 Can you help me understand the true meaning of "god" in the context of John 1:1? Obviously, you think that the concept of the trinity is non-nonsensical and un-biblical. Now using your line of reasoning I will show you that there is much more scriptural evidence supporting that Jesus is Jehovah than Jesus is Michael the Archangel. In other words, your version of the trinity is: Jesus is a man, angel and god. Care to debate?
E-Sword has literal translations and Greek... it says the word was God. And verse 18, none saw the Father, on Earth, Heaven is different, Moses and Ezekiel had sights and revelations beyond others, Moses saw God's back on the mountain and honoured his glory.
The Christ, emptied of use and appearance of Glory, Phil 2, did then not know as the Father, but in glory now, surely does.
In John 2 Jesus says he will raise himself from the dead. Elsewhere the Holy Spirit does, and also the Father. Uni.
"I and my Father are one." (John 10:30)
Trinity is real.
