this guy has owned some seriously cool cars over the years...i remember a 67 coronet that ran 11s with a na 318...the Killer Instict Pro mod Duster and that badass Pro mod Viper.
That Cuda belongs in these moments to the Nazareno Racing in Puerto Rico. With this Cuda Nazareno racing win the championship of Points last year in Pro mod in Puerto Rico.
I like the idea he went to a new chassis builder and now is breaking records with his new DUSTER built Rob Matheis and Nick Ricotta of Matheis Race cars. Good Luck
the rules need to be changed so the nitrous cars are more competative ...its boring now days that it all blower cars ...as a fan I loved the days when it was blowers ves nitrous...they could give nitrous cars more cubes and lower wieght .....fuck the one sided bullshit ...it doesnt add to the class and Im saying that as a blower fan ...
you do kno that there is no weight limit in ADRL racing right? blower cars r capable of more power so fair would be not to require them to compete head to head, blwr vs n2o... and im sayin that as a nitrous driver!
145.3kg/litre (5.25 lb/cubic inch) or a minimum of 1224.7kg (2700lb), including driver for vehicles using screw type superchargers 137.3kg/litre (4.96 lb/cubic inch) per cubic inch or a minimum of 1156.6kg (2550 lb), including driver for vehicles using Rootes type superchargers. Hi TS4864 ...that is off the ANDRA website under the RULES for Top Doorslammer...so it would apear that there is a weight limit..what are you referring to ??? have I misread what your trying to say?

The supercharged cars have to put weight in. In IHRA and NHRA pro modified supercharged cars have to weigh 2700 pounds. Meanwhile nitrous cars get to weigh 2375 . So don't tell me what I know! Also in ADRL you can have whatever weight limit you want. So who knows what that cuda weighs. Also nitrous cars can barley get into the six 0 range. The fastest a nitrous car has gone is 6.09. Which is still fast but blower cars are a tenth faster.
Unless you run in the ADRL. They aren't called Pro/Mods...two classes Pro/Extreme (blower cars) and Pro/Nitrous (nitrous cars). They only run blower vs. blower, and NO2 vs. NO2. CB
good vid good action

Nitrous is the wrong way to go in pro modified racing. Everyone who can run some serious numbers has a supercharged motor.
vandreacchi1772 4 years ago
apparently u dont know why because they get a weight advantage they get to take out weight and the nitrous cars have to put some in
