Why are you complaining about exploitation of workers because of eu legislation and yet you are calling for us to hand over alot of are ability to self government by supporting a yes vote on lisbon, it does'nt make sense

Not that I'm a fan of Lidl but the level 1 store assistants START on €10.70 an hour Eric with premium rates (+25%) paid before 6am and after 10pm and +50% for Sunday and +100% for Bank Holidays! They get a pay rise every year and many who are there 2 or 3 years take home a very decent wage indeed, albeit a well deserved wage as the work is hard. Horses for courses but you'd be better advised filming outside some of the more traditional retailers who do pay minimum wage, unions and all!
