rhinoplasty before and after Photos rhinoplasy Pics

is it just me, or do most of these before & after photos look exactly the same? I really can't see a difference in some of these photos. I know if I paid a couple thousand dollars to have my nose done & my nose looked the same after surgery I would be pissed!
