Put it this way if you are one who wants to spend there money the right way the first time get the JB2 you wont find another better until the JB3. If you dont have the money at the moment... I just got one today for christmas, I had previosly own a bluetooth but it was very unconfortable, but this one is totally different, it is comfortable, it doesn't hurt your ear, and it sounds awesome!

ya, im having a problem with mine. i cant get the noise assassin botton to stay on my face and the ear peice is uncomfortable. any ideas of what i should get to improve it?

Yo soldier does the ear piece come off on the new jawbone? And does it have a metal piece that can break off? I've broken almost all of my ear pieces by the little piece of metal is so brittle it bends too damn easily

The ear piece stays on my ear. However, the little piece of metal you're talking about is now plastic and I've broke one so far because I had it in my pocket. Other than that, everything is good with it.

ame problem i just cant keep it in my ear.. it keeps popping out. the noise feature do work but its useless if im not able to keep it on my ear. this jawbone is easy to lose because its lightweight and you wont notice its not in your ear til its too late. i may return this or risk loosing 130.00 bucks if it falls out.

Did you try the other earhooks?..And make sure you're putting the hook on right.

all jawbone2 users with earloop probs, just go to radio shack and buy jabra gels, they come in 5 sizes, i use lg size and its perfecr, i mean it stays on even when im jogging. its the fix to this earloop prob,i was gona return mine and im glad i tried the jabra ear gels,it works believe me

i making update on ear loop prob...just buy jabra ear gels at radio shack, i was going to return my jawbone but tried the gels and its prefect fit. you have look for the right size med/large/smll then just put over the jawbones ear piece and bam,its prefect wont fall off it stays on tight, but use the loop as extra protection so it wont fall..

I just got this today, I have only made 2 calls from it and I will say it is has the best sound quality I have EVER used on the a BT head set...and I have tried A TON of them.  I do have to say the downside is the price...OUCH!

hey man i just picked this up today and i dont know if its the placement in my ear or what but i can barely hear anyone and it sounds kinda static like when the person talks to me. People can hear me fine but you mentioned that the speaker is amazing and it simply isnt right now, is it supposed to fit way in your ear or how does the ear bud work?

i thought the same thing and i was hoping that wasnt it. So i went back to att and exchanged it for another jawbone 2 and i paired it up before i left the store and the employee called me and it was absolutely perfect. So the first one was in fact defective with the speaker being the problem, so now its golden and i love it.

that head set was defective, luckily it wasnt my phone lol. defects happen and i was just kinda mad that i had to drive back to the att store and waste the gas twice. but im glad that im happy w the headset in its working condition.

Absolutely not...people don't know I'm on a headset, I actually sound better than if I was on my iPhone. Great quality headset.

I was hoping for an actual hands on demo of the original Jawbone and the new one(noise level & clarity) since you have both. I now own the original Jawbone & bought the new one. The new one sounds muffled & poor to the recepient. I tried 3 total and have the same results.. all new ones sound poor. I keep hearing what an improvement the new Jawbone is over the original, but no one person yet has to offer a demo actually proving this and my results on 3 of the new Jawbones show just the opposite.

I wrote a comment earlier but I don't see it so I guess it didn't work for whatever reason... anyways, I own the (old) Jawbone and wondered if there was a difference in voice quality between the two? Other than the earpiece and the size, are there any other differences? Also...can you use the new earpiece on the old jawbone? If the fit is better I wondered if I could get the new ear piece for the older jawbone.

The voice quality is very improved on both ends, it connects to your phone automatically when you walk back in range, I can actually hear mr ringtone through the earpiece, it syncs with my iPhone flawlessly, and you can't use the old earpiece with the JawBone 2 and vice versa. Great earpiece.
