Let me also clear your memory on that. Muslim majority areas were to accede to Pakistan according to the rules of partition. And they did. So did Kashmir. ONLY Nizam of Deccan choose to accede to India. So, in 1948, India attacked Kashmir which had become the part of Pakistan and WAS an international border. You crossed that border. So, India is guilty of agression on two counts. So, Pakistan deserve the right to support our Muslim brothers who are being oppressed.

According to the rules of partition, the Muslim areas did accede to Pakistan but u r wrong with regards to Kashmir. Kashmir was ruled by Hindu King where the majority of population were Muslims. During partition, the king was given 3 choices:

1. To merge with Pakistan.

He chose to merge with India under the influence of Pt. Nehru who was also a Kashmiri. Now Pakistan wanted to take Kashmir by force and they did by occupying "POK".

Pakistan wants the rest of Kashmir also to accede with it, so there lies the dispute. ISI is still trying to arm the poor people of Kashmir to rebel against India by misleading them. As a result lots of Kashmiris r being killed by Indian forces daily. As u said earlier, India has to deal those with iron hands and subdue the rebellion for the unity and integrity of India.
