Ok it's just a fancy front end for a Linux based Wave pattern generator/manipulator with a camera to tell where your hands are, and what's on the screen, and the projector to produce the image from the laptop, I am sure if you had there software, and a bit if Linux skill you could build one yourself, that is if they let the software be open source. I would have done it on LinuxMint Distro myself.
