This video makes multiple generalizations and omits many important details, such as the hundreds of moorish campaigns against Christian settlements, the infighting between various muslim groups, and even the alliances of Christians with some Muslims against other Muslims and some christians (e.g., Basques) allying with Muslims against other Christians. Also omitted is that the fighting between Muslims and Christians in Spain was constant during 700+ years rather than a sudden surprise attack.
