Hello Z,

I visited Plockton once in 1982 and never stopped wanting to go back. Would it be insane to go in winter? I have more time then and the airfares from USA are cheaper. Thanks for your input!

Hey Ben, Plockton is great all year round probably better in winter, quiter roads, crisp clear winter days (short ones mind and a lot wet ones too) and NO MIDGES.... When there is snow on the tops it's like living in a painting..My advice is try it, you will not be dissapointed.
