He was never found guilty for plagiarism charges because they were not found substantial and Flo Rida ended up recording a remix of the song with him. Heartbreaker is not considered a plagiarized song. And I found a link to this video in a Big Bang forum where all of the vip poster were saying this song is just similar to Heartbreaker, not plagiarism. Not all of us vips are pointing fingers.
