The Egyptian Imhotep taught the world philosophy. Egyptians taught the Greeks vegetarianism. There civilization exist way before the Greeks. Just stick to the truth. This documentary needs help.
What a strange concept... To somehow feel better about ending the life of a "happy" animal. Seems doubly sad doesn't it? A cafo/factory farmed animal is existing in misery...It's almost better to relieve their suffering and misery rather than an animal living in peace and joy.Then again-The total solution might be to live on a plant strong diet instead. Thereby living with the least amount of conflict and inconsistency. Absolutely no need then to fret and worry about who's life you've harmed.
Ilea says at 21:56 that Singer is vegan. He isn't. In fact, he has serious doubts as to whether it's wrong to kill animals as long as in doing so another takes its place that otherwise could not have had the first not been killed (the replaceability argument).

Though he has been vegetarian since '71.
