@PoeticRamblings James said that one of the writers corrected him when he said a line as "three hole PUNCHER" by telling him "three hole PUNCH is WAY funnier" so occasionally when that writer is on the set they give him a hard time/blow off steam/whatever by working in the phrase "three hole punch" and then busting into over-the-top (acted) laughter.

Exactly what RSB08 said. San Diego is THEEE Comic-Con. Many shows and movies go to promote and talk about whats to come. I actually was there at the Psych panel, and I must admit out of all the panels Ive seen (Burn Notice, Dexter, Castle) Psych is by far the funniest and most entertaining. Their panel was one of the two highlights of Comic-Con for me, next to being invited to the ShowTime VIP party :)
