I think of this sketch as what hell is like. You enter thru some crazy cat lady's kitchen door and can't get back to where you were when you died. None of the doors go to the expected place. The old girls on watch are the demon sentinels.

If you try the door to the loo you end up in a smoke-filled casino that never closes.

There's a segment missing from this, though, I think. While they are standing around in the kitchen, one of the sailors slips on the wet floor. He zooms bacward along it on his stomach toward the door which promptly pops open like a ship's hatch, spitting him back into the sea. Died laughing. Much the same as the ending in 'Climbing the North Face of Uxbridge Road'.
