I appreciate the help and love. but I want to stress the point of what is really happening. Westerns coming in and Helping. History has warned us. Ugandans a trying this them self, with Internet Caf's. but can't compete with "non-profit" organizations backed by western banks/money. If you want to help, first realize who is hurting Africans. then see how to help best. of course it would be nice, if u also left our politicians alone. and not buy then off with easily printed money.
