Fz6'ers buy them because they're versatile, not fast. Why would you buy a fz6 with the intent of racing it against an r6? You wouldn't, because the fz6 would get creamed every time, unless the r6 has a rider like this guy.

We buy fz6's because they're versatile, and are tuned for mid range torque, for street riding, NOT to race against an r6.

@juanchitu83 It has 98 hp and the R6 is a bit tweaked (exhaust, air filter, etc)

And i have a FZ6 N 2006 black, and it has around 98 hp - 100 with power commander and lazer exaust:-) Nice bike, with a nice riding style. Altho some day I would like to try a sronger bike (800-1000CCM).

of course the FZ6 driver is the best, the R6 driver has a passenger and should drive calmer.

FZ6 has around ~90hp R6 ~120 hp but it's carrying a passenger.

@raptorlp03 i didnt say anything about the r6, but i do admit my hp for the fz6 and fz6r were off, i was thinking of 2 other bikes, the fz6r is about 25 horsepower weaker then the fz6 but looks so much nicer
