You should give face pulls a try at shoulder day instead of rear delts. I think you gonna love the excersice. Also because you can squeeze the rear delts at the end of every rep doing face pulls. You can't squeeze the muscle with rear dumbbell fly's.

A rear delt row is basically the arm goes through the same motion as a rear fly but the elbow is bent. This also internally rotates the shoulder which will take out the middle delt a bit and add in the teresMaj/lat a bit.

this is ONE point I do not agree with KEVIN AND KEITH! They do not like ISOLTAION mouvements! K+K THEY ARE NO ISOLATION and COMPOUND mouvements in body building!!!:) There are only good mouvelments and bad mouvements. You are right that rear delts have to be worked wth isolation mouvelents, but chest as well and legs as well. @Geaotrix nope its not necessary to work out the traps it wont create imbalances the traps in more back muscle .... if u dont want to snap some shit up make sure to work the rotator cuff and work all 3 parts of the shoulder for example a routine may look like this warm up and rotator cuff work, military press, lateral raises, and reverse flys

They didn't mention behind the neck press? That's the best compound exercise. Hits the medial delts and rear delts harder than the rear-delt flies and rear-delt/pec deck machine. I bet some of you guys commenting will just say," Behind the Neck Press'll tear up your shoulders," yeah, If you're starting out with 150lbs, sure it will. Look up Don Howarth. He did a alot of behind the neck presses and gained the barn-yard shoulder look. Looks impressive.

Thats not true if you are doing heavy deads 1h rows and so on you can actually over train rear delts easy so a lot of lifters that train to failure don't do rear delts some don't even do front due to heavy inclined bench mind you this is if you are training all sets to failure.

Just do behinde the neck military presses....just don't lower the weight too far down. Hits your rear delts in this exercise and if you do it right, you can go pretty heavy....use a spotter though, always.

Thats not true if you are doing heavy deads 1h rows and so on you can actually over train rear delts easy so a lot of lifters that train to failure don't do rear delts some don't even do front due to heavy inclined bench mind you this is if you are training all sets to failure.

However, it´s a low androgenic steroid, so it affects many users negative during the cycle. It´s not known as a steroid to use to build huge muscles (it does make good streangth gains though), it´s most often preferred when you´re cutting. Many woman likes to use anavar because of it´s low androgenic effect. I´m not sure, but i think it´s used by HIV patiens too?!?

Just do behinde the neck military presses....just don't lower the weight too far down. Hits your rear delts in this exercise and if you do it right, you can go pretty heavy....use a spotter though, always.
