The show was actually all performed live, including Kylie's vocals. The only two countries that aired the concert on television with the actual live vocals was Australia and Ireland. Coming to think of it - Japan might have at some point too. The video released here in England has the dubbed vocals. I don't think the show with the actual live vocals has been officially released on dvd or video. Some of the same performances but without the dubbed vocals are up on youtube.
