    I have two on my account, neither are as good as this, but if you like time lapse check them out. One is Time Lapse sunset. The other is Time Lapse Heat Lightning Storm.

    They are done with multiple pictures faded together, not with a camcorder. I didn't have one at the time.

  • at the beginning, its pretty much uncured. chedder has to age to bring out its taste, and while it ages molds form on the outside. these are controlled, so the cheese doesn't just turn into mush.
