For warm celebrations and joy there's is a beautiful little greek othodox, near by: St Julien le Pauvre; there you can find kind people with real christhmas spirit and a beautiful bizantine icon (left side of the entrance)of the Mother of God in touching tendreness-
Quite good. I've seen all of these but Lyon. There is really no way to film these places -- one just has to go. The best is really Saint-Denis. Those who like THE DA VINCI CODE can learn a lot by studying it.
That is big enough to hold all of the basilica of Saint Denis within! The guy who ordered up the current basilica of Saint Denis was into Lucifer and he and his people got excommunicated!

My favorite is the Cathedral of Amiens but it's not there.
