Someone tracking where cars are in a chase may increase the coordination of several police cars since the drivers of each car would have to concentrate less on giving dispatchers their location/heading.

yes of course i know what to do at an intersection, but maybe if you paid more attention to the video then you would recognise that this police driver cocked up.

the 'dumbass driver' was on a filter light and so had right of way, meaning the lights the cop was driving through were red.

police drivers should change the tone of their sirens when approaching a junction and slow down to a safer speed - something you can clearly see he didn't do.

it's not like a pc game where everyone is always going to see/hear the car - it's down to the cop to slow down to a safe speed.

maybe the driver was unhelpful by staying in the way, but police drivers should be able to deal with those situations, mainly by slowing down which this guy didn't
