this is really quite good. they left a version of smells like teen spirit to us that shows what they would have sounded like if they kept making independent records. that is a very kind thing to do and it shows great foresight. thank you very much, the nirvanas. i never knew this version even existed. in fact, even though i am 27, i just started listening to nirvana the other day. because i always associated it with lameness and middle school and pop tarts and things. but now i understand.
