Honestly, I see that ALL the time at games to indicate "kill it", "knock it off", "quit" etc... I hated hearing it then and I hate hearing it now because all that motion said to the crowd was "no gator chomp here".
That said, I pull for all SEC teams when they play a non SEC team.
I don't know why this victory was that big of a deal. I guess it was kind of Shula. I mean to me( and I mean this as no disrespect for Florida) beating Florida is not that big of a deal since we own the series. Yeah the win was great but come one we have too much tradition to get this excited about winning an SEC game. Growing up a Bama fan, I feel it is only natural to expect to win every game. We should not lower ourselves to act like Auburn or Ole Miss when we win a big game.

It would've been nice to see how well Cincy would've done against UF with Brian Kelly on the sidelines.
And they might've lost a few games against the Bama's, LSU's, etc., but they could've easily taken the bottom half of the conference, maybe even Arkansas or Auburn.
@KingmanIII not really. Alabama was taken to the wire by Auburn and Tennessee and Florida had trouble with Vanderbilt and Mississippi State. LSU was beat by a lackluster Ole Miss. Arkansas will have a hugely explosive offense this year lead by Mallet and co. (and in the defense first SEC, thats saying ALOT).
If Florida hadda played as well against Bama as they did against cincinnati they woulda crushed bama by 6 td's!! Cincinnati played a tougher schedule than both Florida and Bama, yet still found a way to lose. After what I saw from Florida against UC, it doesn't matter what happens between AL and TX, Florida is by far the best team in the nation.

I would not be surprised to see the final score Bama 21 (4 field goals, a safety, and a late TD pass) Florida 17 with the ball and TB throws an incomplete pass to Riley Cooper as it bounces away while hit from two defenders in the endzone on 4th down and goal from the 5 with no time left on the clock. Bama wins the dramatic "Revenge Game." Tebow goes from Greatest ever to forgetable. I hope it doesn't happen.....but that is about 90 percent chance outcome.

Yeah, but I and many, as in the majority of FL fans pulled for AL in our beloved conference of the SEC to win.....now I know you were pulling for FL to beat Cincy right? Because FL is in the SEC you weren't pulling for OK last year or for Cincy this year were you? Just because Bama got rolled in the 4th quarter against FL and then got hammered against MWC Utah....you weren't hoping FL loses the Sugar did you? Oh, I thought so!

@triggert531 I've got NOTHING BUT RESPECT for the Gators and I always have. I have no idea why people despise them for (other than out of envy), but I've NEVER met a Florida fan that I did not like, and I currently reside in Orlando. For us, it's become a tradition to play only the Gators in the SECCG and I hope that never changes. Good luck to you guys next year and I hope all works perfectly out for Coach Meyer.

Cincy would get destroyed in the SEC, period. I don't see how there's any way to debate that. I hate Alabama (Go Hogs), but I can't wait to see them DESTROY overhyped, overrated Texas. SEC = best conference in the country, by far and away.

It would've been nice to see how well Cincy would've done against UF with Brian Kelly on the sidelines.
And they might've lost a few games against the Bama's, LSU's, etc., but they could've easily taken the bottom half of the conference, maybe even Arkansas or Auburn.

@KingmanIII not really. Alabama was taken to the wire by Auburn and Tennessee and Florida had trouble with Vanderbilt and Mississippi State. LSU was beat by a lackluster Ole Miss. Arkansas will have a hugely explosive offense this year lead by Mallet and co. (and in the defense first SEC, thats saying ALOT).

If Florida hadda played as well against Bama as they did against cincinnati they woulda crushed bama by 6 td's!! Cincinnati played a tougher schedule than both Florida and Bama, yet still found a way to lose. After what I saw from Florida against UC, it doesn't matter what happens between AL and TX, Florida is by far the best team in the nation.

Dude, there are so many things that are wrong with your post. Cincinatti did NOT play a tougher schedule. You played a total of 3 ranked teams before the bowl game (all were ranked lower than #15) while Bama played 5 ranked teams including three in the Top 10. And how can you say FL is the best team? We DESTROYED THEM. 32-13, we dominated every phase of the game. You can play the "only if" game all you want, but Bama came to play when it mattered.

I would not be surprised to see the final score Bama 21 (4 field goals, a safety, and a late TD pass) Florida 17 with the ball and TB throws an incomplete pass to Riley Cooper as it bounces away while hit from two defenders in the endzone on 4th down and goal from the 5 with no time left on the clock. Bama wins the dramatic "Revenge Game." Tebow goes from Greatest ever to forgetable. I hope it doesn't happen.....but that is about 90 percent chance outcome.

I'll tell anyone who listens....this is kind of like Frazier vs Ali part 1. I would have to say that Bama is Frazier. They are going to come out and throw devastating blows from the line. They will have their shots on TB. TB will show flash and get a few first downs that he shouldn't have. The kicking game is all Bama's. They make every field goal.
