Peter has too much bass on his audio on the episode 32 show. I have to decrease the bass response to the negative side on my Altec Lasing amplified speakers to make him clearly understandable. No problem with the rest of you guys, very clear audio on you.
Yes I have a new MXL990 mike which I am told sounds quite nice. I will try and tweak my mike using my mixer and audacity to get a more even outcome next time I co-host.
Again another great video guys!! I have one question though on Amateur rigs and that is which, if any, rigs have Bluetooth? I ask as having lost half my hearing (ex Artillery) ;) modern digital hearing aids can be paired to Bluetooth equipment and as a result can use the hearing aids as "headphones" . Also, what software was used that had the waterfall display?
@Vk1FXJC I don't know of any rigs that have Bluetooth already installed. However, you may can find a Bluetooth audio transmitter that you can plug into the headphone jack of the rig.
Hey George, Great to see you'll be on Ham Nation. In have been following the show on You Tube for a while now. Bob and Gordon are enthusiastic, as you are, to promote HAM Radio. We need that!!
That's great George, just thought I'd make you aware. Very 73 and thanks for the most enjoyable programming!

@ku4gw Peter had a new audio setup this time around. We have done some tweaking since then and he should sound better next time.

@Vk1FXJC the software used was FLDigi. There are lots of others available. I normally use DM780 that comes with Ham Radio Deluxe.

You might want to recheck that temperature figure for 39,000 ft. It gets nowhere near that cold at 39kft.
