maybe in the fifth season, Jake comes back and Peyton leaves luke for jake and brooke leaves chase for lucas, and mouth goes and wins gigi back and rachel fights to be with cooper

Yeah, the Jake and Brooke stuff might come true, but I really don't see the Cooper thing happening. But the summary for the episode on this Wednesday says that Mouth reconnects with Gigi, so that should make you happy, lol.
