is this open rhinoplasty? I don't see any incision on the columella after the first week. was it really gone just after one week? could it be seen in day light after the sutures was removed? thanks in advance

That is an amazing result! I am very impressed. I'm also surprised by how much improvement occurs between the 1st & 2nd week after the cast removal. When the swelling goes down, it really improves the appearance dramatically.
