Monition track means slow moniton? Yes you can, keep blood and bullets you can too by pan crop but is more difficult than in aae. I doing all my vid's in sony vegas 7.0 and only titlesin after effects
Motion Tracking means that you're tracking two points in the clip while it's running so you easily can insert a picture(for example) that stays whatever place you inserted it at. No you can't MOTION TRACK in Sony Vegas but yes, you can make this "effect" with just using the pan and drag the picture to the spot where you think is right by moving it every Frame until the footage's done - Will take forever though o.O

Nope, coz you can't motion track in Sony V, so you can't keep the blood & the bullet holes on the same spot thoughout the clip.
