Actually No More Heroes did pretty well, well enough that there's going to be a sequel. Most of the criticism that came from NMH was the repetitive gameplay.
I actually think it looks pretty good. Graphics dont make a game, and this does look pretty good for being a 3d game on the DS. Though what intrigues me most is the story, so I may be picking this up in the distant future.

I agree with the Catherine thing. I didn't connected it with capcom owning the rights of killer7 the first time.
BTW I played the ds version and it's a bit downgraded. Graphics sucks (not the art style which is the same of the ps2 version, but the polygonal models suck so much that sumio bangs his head off) and music sucks more.
But, hell, it's FSR and it's in english, so, WHO CARES, it could be more awesome only if it had tits and it was on fire! (quote, lol)

Great post! I don't like how they've changed the catherine spelling... seeing as how it seems pretty canon with "Katharine" being the name of Emir's mother in Killer7. Guess because of the fallout with Capcom SUDA no longer has the rights to tie-in Killer7 to his games even if they were created prior Killer7. which is dumb. Excellent post nonetheless.
it looks like DOS graphics, and the animation is even worse

some screenshots in the trailer are actually from the PS2 version of the game. (like the screenshot of Sundance, the guy with the silver eye)
I don't think it sucks tought. I'm just saying that it is a lot downgraded from the ps2 version, and I think they should've ported this on the wii.
