Batman the Ride Six Flags New Orleans

Nickelodeon made bad on their deal and now the city is currently looking for new buyers for the park. There is a company called Southern Star Amusement that wants to buy it and make it a really nice park with a backlot studio, resort, waterpark, and an entertainment district as well.

after the park closed down they tranfered the "Batman" to six flags fiesta texas in san antonio and renamed it "Goliath"

DAMN I LOVED THIS RIDE!! I remember the last day on halloween for fright fest 04 I got to stay on it for 3!! times in a row in the front cuz of no line at 10pm it was great at night

I always wanted to ride the BatMan but I was too short and they wouldn't let me on. The last time i was there my parents said i would be tall enough when we would come back the next time (in a few mouths). Well here came Katrina and so I never got to ride the BatMan... *sigh....* :(

Google Six Flags New Orleans and all these pictures and stuff come up. But it's sold to some other company with Nickelodeon characters. I think it's being renamed to Nickelodeon Universe New Orleans.

I knew this one came from the Thrill Valley where had sadly turned to be a mall now, oh well, this was Ganbit, the most amazing ride at the park.

Since there was closed, Six Flags New Orleans was, I would say, apparently where he must have sat down, until Katrina made everything all go bad.

But I can see his home is now at Fiesta Texas. He moved 3 times. Peaceful running for us. Cheers for having been able to pull through the sadness. =)

Did you know Batman got moved? Now it's Goliath in San Antonio. And Six Flags New Orleans is reopening next year. I know that because it said it on the website.

That is true. Batman is now Goliath at Fiesta Texas. But before it was batman in New Orleans, It was called Gambit, and it was located in Japan.

they are trying to sell it. Nothing is repairable but the buildings. Nickelodean wants to buy it and so does some other company. If no one buys it it will be demolished

It wasnt there last summer 2 years ago they removed it from SNFO refurbed it and opened it at SFFT ( San Antonio ) I road it on opening day :) its now called Goliath!
