yo is that system legal, i live in north carolina and want the cat back but dont know if i can get a catless down pipe, does anyone know if thats legal, and what about up pipes, do they have to have cats in them?????

Look into your states vehicle by laws, they will let you know what you can have done and not. Just rock one anyways, you get pulled over then you know. For the up-pipe, it all depends on what year you have. I have an 07 and my up-pipe is catless.

lol........ both are awesome cars, cant go wrong either way....

but evos always handle better in all conditions.... its extremely easy to add power to either engine, but the chassis composure and cornering edge is irreplaceable.

..... plus its nice to have ringlands that wont crack if you sneeze....

ya me 2 man. i love the sti's looks much more. but the evo is just a bit faster stock and handles better. i dont know what to do. im leaning on the sti but i hate how everyone here in st.louis has one and i like to be unique. so idk. lol.
