TIC is a subset of sorts of RTR VII "Full" that will have well, many, many playable factions. RTR VII Full will be available some time in the far future...BUT...
TIC will be available in the very near future...i mean near future...keep an eye open...
The Iberian Conflict (TIC), is a fully playable game in its own right and addresses the conquest of Iberia by the Carthage, from 238-218 BC. It does showcase some of the work already done for RTR VII --- but major work yet remains for RTR VII.

someone please tell me the difference between

coz i have 1.9 working? so do u add the other on or the other way round?

Its just a prerelease Demo, so dont go whining about only to playable factions. RTW didn't even have a campaign in the demo
