The third and fourth double yellow hits should be blues in my opinion, they are different cymbals. But they are actually cymbals, listen closely and you can tell.

@sazlefraz The only difference for pro drums is that it has the cymbals. I definitely know what you mean, though; the drums for Panic Attack have been like that since RB2. I guess they don't like making changes like that.

@Conradinator1990 They wanted to add double-bass to RB3: you can tell because RB3 drums have an extra port for a second bass pedal. Somewhere down the line, though, it was found that it conflicted somehow with the game, so they released without it.

@SoundDefenseRB I can do all of this song just as well as you can, maybe even better, except for the weird ass polyrhythm thing at 4:52-5:03. I literally just cannot get that down, it's the only part keeping me from a gold star. I always have to save my OD for that part, which kills my score, and then I screw it up a bunch, which kills my score even more.

The rest of the song is an easy 99% for me, it's just that one part. Don't suppose you've got any helpful tips, besides practice alot?

@izisvi Well naturally, practice a lot. When I play that part, I always keep very strict time using the bass pedal, and focus on that as the driving beat of that section. If I can focus on the bass then playing the polyrhythm is a little bit easier, because it's easier to make my hands do weird crap than it is to make my foot do weird crap.

@SoundDefenseRB just use your left foot as if its keeping the time on a double bass, thats what i used to do when i played this regularly.  It helps a lot, at least for me.

@DoZeR235 alright... i didn't say i'd get the FC the first try? I'd have to practice just like everyone else, but it just so happens that I know the drums in this song like the back of my hand. With the ions (or goodwoods?), this would further increase the chances of my FC. Last thing, I'm not in the community, I do not have a good set, and I am not connected to live, so even if I did FC it probably wouldn't matter unless i got it on video (and i use a crappy webcam to record).

I used to be able to 99% this all the time; of course I haven't played RB in nearly seven months, plus I have friends on XBL that know I have. This is a very hard song. Complicated rythms, ect. I used to not even be able to pass this. It's not the drums that suck, it's just a tough song.

I play songs like WAHNTHAC, TiE, Day of Mourning.... shit way harder than this. Yeah, I remember when i couldn't play this either. I remember thinking I was awesome because I could get like 96% on this on hard. And my drums DO suck. By the time i actually got remotely good, my drums were shit. Both the red and green pads fell off and the foot pedal broke.

@n00beastSH Each Pro note (cymbal note) is worth 20 points more than the normal tom note. so on x4 its 80 points. add all the 80 extra points to every pro note in the song and you have a bigger score. but on the base line all you need to know is pro notes are worth 20 points more than regular note when not multiplied

@RockBanned The GS cutoff's ARE different, so they're made to match the same amount of notes needed to hit if you were in normal. just a random example if in normal drums the GS was 150k, it would be about 167k in PRO.

Has anyone else noticed that when you go through some of the older dlc on pro drums some of the songs are charted wrong? Notes that should be charted as hi hat are still charted as snare, as well as some notes that are supposed to be toms are charted as cymbals. I noticed it mainly on rbn songs but some of the regular dlc are like that too.

@tswinford9877 Most RBN songs have no Pro Drum charting at all, which means all yellow/blue/green gems will be cymbals. Besides that, though, yea they did screw up a note here or there. It's about as common as screwing up a regular note, I think.

@syndddd The only upgrade to old songs is Pro drums, and that's not even an upgrade. Those cymbal markers have always been there, for years now. It's only now, though, that they're playable. But there are no harmonies, or pro guitar, or keyboards of any kind, unless Harmonix decides to upgrade them. But they haven't yet.
